- Feasibility Studies: We help our Customers evaluate the practicality and desirability of a project. We work close with them to discover and map their needs and let them know how successful the project they are interested with will be before they invest time and money into this. We work hard to provide them information and analysis on whether or not they or their company should pursue a particular course of action.
- Business plans: We help our Customers create a formal statement of business goals, annual returns, reasons they are attainable, and plans for reaching them within a 3 to 5 year time path, targeting not only to changes in perception and branding by the market, but also to incorporating a major change or when planning for a new venture within the above mentioned timeframe.
- Marketing Plans: We help our Customers create a product/market specific, or even a company-wide plan that describes activities involved in achieving specific marketing objectives within a set timeframe, usually for the coming year; it includes a statement of the marketing situation, a discussion of target markets and company positioning and a description of the marketing mix our Customers intend to use to reach their marketing goals.
- Sales Plans: We help our Customers design a plan for the development and implementation of their marketing strategy, so they are kept on track in the day-to-day work of advertising their products, generating sales and reaching or surpassing their revenue goals.
